Imagine Software’s Pandemic Plan for COVID-19

The health and safety of our communities including our employees, clients and partners are of critical importance to us. We will continue to monitor the situation, and we are prepared to take action as needed. Please note the following: We are committed to providing a safe workplace for our employees.

Imagine Software has taken proactive steps to protect employees during the outbreak. It is the goal of Imagine Software during any such time period to strive to operate effectively, ensure that all essential services are continuously provided and that employees are safe within the workplace.

An Employee Pandemic Plan for COVID-19 has been deployed, and it includes guidance for our employees on the following:

Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 in the Workplace

Working Remotely

Currently, the New York, Cleveland, London, Sydney and Ukraine offices are working entirely remotely. Hong Kong has been given the option to work remote.

Travel Guidance

All nonessential travel is canceled until further notice. Employees are encouraged to utilize electronic communication tools the company already has in place.

Staying Home When Ill

Employees have been advised to stay home when they are sick or if they live with someone who is sick. This is primarily applicable to the Hong Kong office at the present time.

Social Distancing Guidelines during the Outbreak

CDC guidance has been provided to all employees.

Imagine Software’s existing Business Continuity Plan

As part of ongoing business preparedness, Imagine Software has a Business Continuity Plan in place that places an emphasis on the protection of human life. The plan provides information on personnel, processes, and procedures required to maintain business continuity during an incident or disaster. It is the intent of the plan to provide flexibility in determining and implementing emergency responses that are both effective and appropriate. The plan emphasizes guidelines and strategies from local, state, and government agencies, as well as regulators. The plan is reviewed annually by our internal Security Committee, and it is continuously updated as changes occur.

We have been in contact with our vendors, and have been assured that they, like us, have implemented contingency plans to continue their day-to-day operations and to continue to adjust and update those plans as the situation changes.

Imagine Software’s business continuity policy is part of the ISO 27001 certified Imagine Software Information Security Management System.

  • Is there currently an impact from COVID-19 to any of your organization’s locations?
    A – As of current, COVID-19 does not have any negative impact on the operation of Imagine’s services.
  • Does your organization have capability to allow employees to work remotely?
    A – Yes, Imagine has the capability to support 100% of Imagine employees to work remotely.
  • What mitigations are in place to assure continuity of Imagine’s services?
    A – Imagine is prepared for various scenarios that may threaten continuity of Imagine’s services. Datacenters are strategically located away from offices for high operational availability, as well as DR datacenters that are ready at all times to ensure quick turnaround in case of primary datacenter failure. Imagine also has offices located around the world that covers other offices in case of emergency. In case of scenarios that may limit mobility of Imagine’s staff, teleworking is readily available.
